Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vantage ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Vantage is a cognitive training application designed to help users measure and improve their mental performance across five cognitive domains: Abstract Reasoning, Spatial Awareness, Numerical Processing, Verbal Reasoning, and Working Memory.

User Accounts

You may use Vantage in guest mode without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Vantage offers optional premium features through a subscription service ("Vantage Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices may change with notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Vantage, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Vantage and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

Vantage is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Cognitive training results may vary. The readiness scores and cognitive assessments provided by the App are not clinical measures and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
